GN Container Washer for Hospital Kitchen

Scenario summary

A 600-bed hospital central kitchen prepares 5,400 patient meals per day in GN1/1, GN1/2, and GN2/1 hotel pans that move through the production line: kettle cookery → blast chill → portioning → tray assembly.
